Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Rental term begins and ends on the specified dates. All rentals will be paid for in advance or charges may be held on a credit card until returned. Reciept of this information is acknoledged with a confirmation number.
     *Cancellation 24 hours prior to delivery please. Items delivered and then canceled will be charged for 3 days.         
     *Items delivered/picked up between check out and check in times at designated location unless contacted prior.
     *Late check outs must be reserved in advance to guarantee late day pickup.
     *Please notify of any change of location. You may not move full crib. Call dealer to move the crib. 
     *Delivery fee may apply.

2. Renter accepts and hires the equipment on an as is basis. Renter acknowledges receipt of all equipment in good working condition and Renter fully understands the proper operation and use. Renter agrees to return equipment in as good condition as when received, with the exception of ordinary wear and tear. Renter agrees to pay for all charges and costs incurred.
        *Inspect equipment on arrival or receipt.
        *Call to return/exchange within first 24 hours.
        *Call for any and all instruction of equipment. 
        *You will be notified of additional charges, if any. 

3. Renter will immediately discontinue use of equipment should it at any time become unsafe or in a state of disrepair. Furthermore, the renter will immediately notify dealer that the equipment is unsafe or in disrepair and until such time as dealer has regained possession the renter agrees to take all steps reasonably necessary to prevent injuries to any person and all property from the rental equipment.
        *Items will be replaced immediately.
        *Safety is our ultimate goal.

4. Akamai Mother's Rentals Corporation can not be held liable for any damage caused to person or property from the rented equipment. You are renting at your own risk.
        *Once you have taken possession of the equipment it becomes your job to keep your child safe.
        *Call for any and all instruction of equipment.


5. Failure to return equipment will be considered a theft, resulting in criminal prosecution.


Your acknowledgment of the above terms and conditions are confirmed by reserving with your pertinent billing and credit card information. You are also agreeing that Akamai Mother's Rentals Corporation did not receive your information fraudulently. Your order is reserved upon receipt of a confirmation number issued by Akamai Mother's Rentals Corporation.
