A big shout out to Maui Travel Supplies. I had arranged to have a motorized scooter delivered to our hotel for our stay on Maui. I was notified by the company prior to our arrival to Maui that the scooter would be at our hotel and indeed the morning we were to arrive I was notified that the scooter was in fact waiting for us at the hotel. The drop off was as seamless as the pickup as I returned the scooter to the bell desk at the hotel and before our plane left Maui to go back to Honolulu I was notified that Maui Travel had picked up our rental. I have to say that the process of renting, using and returning the scooter was as simple as it could be. The conversations I had with Maui Travel Supplies were very professionally handled by their staff and I would 100% recommend this company to anyone that needs a scooter for their use on Maui. Great customer service! I feel like they went above and beyond to get me mobile. Delivered the day before my requested time. At my door to pick it up promptly. When I decided to purchase the scooter they discounted the amount of the rental from the purchasing price and even tried to get one delivered to me after hours. I was staying in west Maui and they had to get one up from south Maui. Had it there by 8:15 the next morning. I was cruising the airport at 10:30.
